Return Policy – Hudson & Rae

At Hudson & Rae, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps outlined below.

Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
After this period, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned — including underwear, lingerie, hosiery, and selected personal care items.

How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@hudsonandrae.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or defective)

  • Your contact information

Once we receive your message, we will send you detailed instructions and the return address by email.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued within 30 days using the same payment method you used for your purchase.

If you have not received your refund within that time, please check your bank account first, and then contact us at support@hudsonandrae.com.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
We recommend using a courier service that provides tracking (Track & Trace) for your security.

All returns are processed at our central fulfillment center.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive the correct return address and step-by-step instructions by email.

Exceptions

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
If the issue occurs again, you will receive a full refund instead.

Please note that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped, as our processing system operates automatically.
